
Tuesday’s Sweat Sesh!
Get ready to lift press jump, and yeah, SWEAT! I love to squeeze it all in; why? Because you never know what tomorrow brings. You may set your mind to work out, but then as always, shit happens. That’s why it’s essential to give it your all when you do your workouts!
What you need for the workout today
- Big loop band or band with handles
- A stepper with 2-4 risers (or your stairs)
- Dumbbells– moderate + lighter
- A barbell (if you have one, or a brook stick!)
- A sick playlist to keep you moving
- Water bottle with Electrolytes (this is what I use)
LET’S GO!
Round one: riser jump squats- 10
- band lat pull downs
2. dumbbell pull over
3. 1 arm db row
Round Two: Riser jump squats with a hand to riser tap
- side to front raises (think shoulders) with dumbells
2.dumbbell arnold presses
3. barbell up + over presses
Round Three: 4 riser box jump
- band bicep curls
2. hammer curls
