Hey Goddesses! As promised, on Friday’s, I would be sharing my favorites. Today in this installment of Tina’s Favorites, I am sharing all of my favorite Podcasts.
I know, it’s Saturday already. It’s been a long week. It took me a few days to recover from Sasha’s sixth Soiree! I’m still trying to get that post out!
Podcasts
I feel like everyone these days has a Podcast. You can find Podcasts that cover everything from fitness to world and international topics. I am very picky about what I listen to. I have a short attention span and a limited amount of alone time where I can concentrate and listen to whatever Podcast is playing.
Picking your podcasts
With so many Podcast formats, you need to know what you’re more drawn to. Some Podcasts are solo, some offer interviews, Lots of podcasts have multi-hosts or a roundtable or a panel Podcast.
I discovered so many amazing Podcasts from listening to one Podcast. This particular Podcast is the kind where they interview people. If I am interested in what the person has to say and I want to know more, I check out their IG first. From an IG page, you can learn so much about a person and what they do. If I find I want more, I will check out their Podcast.
My Kind Of Podcasts
The kind of Podcasts I listen to may not be the same as you. The great thing about Podcasts, as I said, is that there are thousands of them! I LOVE listening to Podcasts about health, wellness, business, self-help, and stories about how some of the most successful people were able to create something from nothing. I can’t listen to someone with monotone voice. I need someone with an upbeat vibe. Anyone who talks super slow and kind of on the quiet side, will put me to sleep! I want action! I love motivational and inspirational Podcasts. I absorb topics such as business hacks, inspiring stories, and tips on how to stay on top of my game, like a wet sponge!
When to listen
Ideally, you want to listen to a podcast when you have no distractions. If you are looking to learn, I suggest you sit somewhere quiet with a notebook. Yea, for the podcasts I listen to, you’ll WANT to take notes! My life is anything but quiet. When Sasha is not in school, I am in Mama Mode 100%. When Sasha is in school, but Mario is home, I am in WIFE MODE- No luck listening then. He is usually blasting CNBC, or we are talking.
Once in a while, I kick them both out of the house, and I will tell Alexa to play whatever Podcast I want to listen to that day. To be honest, the best time for me is in the car. As soon as I drop Sasha to school before I pull out of the drop offline, I switch Kidz Bop Radio offer to Spotify and scroll for new Podcasts that morning. I have about thirteen to fifteen minutes before I arrive at work. Most Podcasts are fifty-seventy minutes long. When I get to work, I pause whatever I am listening to and save it for the drive to pick Sasha up from school. There have been times I will be parked waiting for my little where I pull up notes on my iPhone and start typing to remember a specific part of the Podcast where there was something I wanted to remember.
MY FAVORITES!
Okay, my Goddesses! Get a notebook and a pen, and get ready to start living your best life with my top picks!

The Skinny Confidential Him & Her Podcast
I absolutely love these two. I loved Lauryn first for her honest approach to beauty and wellness. I’m sure you’ve seen her blog, The Skinny Confidential. She also has a book and has a Youtube channel. The Skinny Confidential is all about having kale in one hand and champagne in the other.
Michael Bosstick- her husband, is a serial entrepreneur and brand builder. He is currently the CEO of the female-focused network, Dear Media and the CEO of Bosstick Media, which is a holding company with ownership in multiple direct to consumer brands and businesses.
Michael is passionate about helping any self-starter achieve their goals by providing honest conversation and resources for anyone looking to take advantage of the opportunities at their disposal.
These two are a dynamo of a couple who really found their niche. The Podcast is fantastic, and together Michael and Lauryn make you crave more. They Cus a lot using the “F” word, so just be careful if your littles are in the car or at home while you listen.

I love this guy! I first heard him on TSC Podcast. He is an incredible example for athletes and businesswomen and men all over the world! Ed Mylet is a leading leader, maximum performance expert, and global leader in today’s world. He interviews some pretty incredible people such as Dr. Ian Smith, Robert O’Neill ( the man who killed Osama Bin Laden), Sebastian Maniscalco, and Rachel Hollis (Girl wash your face). This Podcast is simply AMAZING, INSPIRING, INFORMATIVE, and MOTIVATING! Mario and I both love him.

Natalie Jill is my age. She is pretty damn incredible, as is her story. On her Podcast, you find out how some of the world’s most successful people were able to level up and create everything from nothing. She is considered a Fat Loss Expert turned High-Performance Coach.
She talks to some of the most inspiring and courageous men and women on the planet, who at their worst, learned how to achieve success greater than they ever dreamed possible LEVELING UP – creating EVERYTHING from nothing. I recently listened to her interview with Kara Goldin, the founder, and CEO of Hint Water. Such an inspiring story of how this woman quit diet soda lost twenty-four pounds in two weeks and ended up creating unsweetened water with just a HINT of REAL fruit! You don’t want to miss this story!

So there you have it my friends! My favorite’s for this Friday! Perhaps you can start with one of these amazing Podcasts, and go from there! SO many amazing people stories and tips to help you become and stay your BEST YOU!
