I’m finally getting my videos up on my blog! Thank you for your patience! I didn’t realize how much work it is to take the video, edit the video, upload it and then embed it into a blog post! Sheesh! Anyway, today I am sharing a little ab circuit you can do at home or at the gym.
What you need:
All you need is a weighted medicine ball or perhaps one of your littles bouncy balls. You don’t want to slam a heavy weighted medicine ball against your pretty walls! Sometimes I will use one of the bouncy balls that Sasha has in her playroom. They weigh close to nothing and they don’t harm my walls.
Since using a lighter ball means less resistance on your abs, you do more reps. To be honest, if you use your mind muscle connection, you hardly need any weight.

My leggings
I got so many compliments on my pants, I thought I’d share the link to grab a pair for yourself! They are super light material, almost like you have nothing on! I love these type of pants because I sweat so much when I workout. Wearing a lightweight material keeps the sweat under control! There is nothing worse than wearing sweaty gross wet leggings while you train! YUK!
The leggings are a brand named KORAL ACTIVEWEAR. I found my size on Amazon, after searching all over for them. I will tell you, I am 5′ 4″.. I have a shorter torso but long legs. These pants are very high waisted, but i just fold them over. If you have a longer torso, these are perfect for you! They have many colors! Check them out! I like these ones and these too!
Well, my Goddesses, I’m in my kitchen cooking up the most delicious smelling Italian meatball soup! Oh yes! The recipe I am making is a clean and healthy version, but never lacking taste. I’ll share more tomorrow!
