I don’t dig dairy at all. Haven’t had it in YEARS. Anyway, There are times when I get these crazy cravings for yogurt. I LOVE Siggi’s 4% fat yogurt. Pumpkin Protein Swirl
Serves 1
- 1 serving Siggi’s 4% vanilla yogurt
- 3 HEAPING tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 Scoop NutraBio 100% whey isolate protein
- 1 Serving or 1/3 cup WholeMe clusters

Get swirling!
- I took a small bowl, and started with the yogurt
- swirled in the pumpkin.
- Mix in the protein powder
- crumble up two clusters of WholeMe and mix into your pumpkin protein swirl
I never thought of this so instantly, I got super excited! Looked like pumpkin pie without the crappy sugar and junk that is in a typical pumpkin pie! It tastes so good!
